Shipping
All our Made to Order designs can be manufactured in 10 to 20 working days depending upon the design. Order processing typically takes 1 business day. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be ship within 48 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.
INSIDE Pakistan
- Delivery Charges: Rs 300/- (Pay Cash On Delivery)
- Delivery Time: 3 – 7 days from Dispatch Date
Note: Zero delivery charges (within Pakistan) for orders greater than Rs 10,000
International Shipping
We deliver jewelry anywhere in the world. Our delivery process is safe and secure for within Pakistan and outside of Pakistan. For international orders (Outside of Pakistan) kindly contact on WhatsApp +92-0303-863-00-66
Exchange
Return item for exchange at Shop 42, Ground Floor, Liberty Mall Tambwano Moor, Peshawar.
This is separate from our retail store return policy,
Condition:
- No exchange is accepted due to NOT LIKING the product
- No exchange is accepted on products bought through any Discounted Promos or Offers or Sales
- Products made as per customer specifications and measurements will not be exchanged
- Only products with manufacturing defects will be acceptable for exchange
- The product shall be returned within 1 day of receiving in case of exchange
- No item can be exchanged after using them
- Items for exchange will have to be reported to us within 1 day of receiving them by the customer
- Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges
- Customer will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery invoice.
